Terms of use

These terms govern access to panel-cornerpoint.click and engagements with Panel Cornerpoint for insurance broker reporting and policy renewal analytics in Hong Kong. By using this site or commissioning work, you accept these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, please stop using the site and do not submit an inquiry. Written engagement letters may add project-specific terms; where they conflict with this page, the engagement letter controls for that project.

Services described

Pages describing reports, rates, and processes are informational. A binding scope exists only after we confirm extracts, fees, and delivery dates in writing.

Intellectual property

Site content, templates, and our underlying methods remain Panel Cornerpoint property. Deliverables prepared for a client may be used by that client for internal brokerage purposes. Redistribution as a product or resale of our templates is not permitted without written consent.

Client materials

You confirm you have the right to share policy extracts and related records with us. You remain responsible for accuracy of source data and for decisions you make after receiving reports.

Liability

Reports support brokerage judgment; they are not insurance advice, placing authority, or a guarantee of retention outcomes. To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, our liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, unless an engagement letter states otherwise.
