Panel Cornerpoint (“we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through panel-cornerpoint.click and during insurance broker reporting and policy renewal analytics engagements in Hong Kong.

Data we collect

• Inquiry details: name, email, message, optional report type and renewal window
• Engagement materials: contact details of client staff and policy-related fields you supply
• Technical data: basic server logs and, if accepted, analytics cookies described on our Cookies page

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver commissioned reports, invoice, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months. Engagement files are retained for seven years unless a longer period is required for dispute or regulatory reasons. Cookie lifetimes are listed on Cookies.

Sharing
