Refunds and rescheduling
This policy applies to commissioned insurance broker reporting and policy renewal analytics engagements with Panel Cornerpoint. It does not cover products we do not sell.
Eligibility
Deposits and fees may be refunded in part or in full when work has not started and the renewal window can still be released on our calendar. Once reconciliation of extracts has begun, fees for time already spent are non-refundable.
Timeframe
Refund requests should be emailed to info@panel-cornerpoint.click within fourteen days of the event giving rise to the request (cancellation, material delay on our side, or mutual termination).
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund of deposit if we cancel before kickoff or cannot staff the agreed window.
- Partial refund if you cancel after kickoff but before draft delivery — unused deposit balance after deducting intake and reconciliation hours.
- No refund after final pack delivery, except where we agree the deliverable failed the written scope in a material way and cannot be remedied.
Non-refundable items
Third-party printing ordered at your request, rush premiums already incurred, and completed briefing sessions are non-refundable.
Process and timing
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a renewal window once without fee if you give at least ten business days’ notice and a later slot is available. Later notice may forfeit part of the deposit. No-shows for booked briefings without twenty-four hours’ notice consume that session.
Work already started
If extracts have been ingested or drafts circulated, we will finish a reduced handoff of work completed to date upon request, then close the engagement.
