Result you receive
A client-facing summary set (PDF), an internal renewal workbook with due dates and premium movement notes, a lapse watchlist for the segment, and a sixty-minute briefing with your renewal coordinator.
Scope
- One renewal window (typically a single calendar month or a named quarter)
- Up to 250 policies in the named segment, or an agreed premium band
- Extracts from your agency management system or insurer portals, cleaned once with you
- Excluded: placing cover, negotiating with underwriters, or changing client contracts
How we work
- Kickoff call to lock the segment, due window, and extract format
- Data intake and reconciliation against your schedule
- Draft pack shared for your wording and producer notes
- Final delivery and coordinator briefing
Timeline & place
Ten to fifteen business days after clean extracts arrive. Work is prepared from our Kwun Tong office. Briefings can be on site in Kowloon or by video.
Preparation
Please provide policy extracts with renewal dates, premium, insurer, producer, and client contact status. Incomplete extracts extend the timeline.
Pricing basis
From HK$18,800 per renewal window. Larger books or multi-branch packs are quoted separately. A deposit of 40% secures the window.
