Extract hygiene before renewal week | Panel Cornerpoint

Beautiful panels cannot rescue a dirty extract. Before we open a Policy Renewal Analytics Report, we ask agencies to confirm five fields.

1. Renewal date in a single format across branches
2. Gross premium and currency for each policy
3. Insurer name as the desk actually places it
4. Producer code that matches payroll, not a nickname
5. Client contact status for the last quarter

Missing producer codes are the most common delay for multi-branch Hong Kong books. Flag them early; do not invent mappings mid-draft.

One export morning

Run all branch extracts on the same morning. Mixing Tuesday Island figures with Thursday Kowloon figures creates phantom premium movement that wastes a briefing.
